State’s Requirements
I thought to list each state’s requirements in a format which would indicate if it requires you to live so many feet from a school, church, etc., and other such information; however, to do so would be timely and the laws are in constant change within states, depending even upon what city/county you live, so I’ve decided to create this page where you can click to a particular state of interest and depend upon their agency to keep it properly updated. If you have any suggestions on how this might be more informative and ease of use, I’d be anxious to hear it.
If you are traveling whether on vacation or actually relocating, you will need to be aware of the each state’s requirement regarding reporting. I’ve attached a link for your convenience.
