Donating to Ministry
It appears this ministry is becoming a full-time passion for me and a friend suggested I should consider asking donations for the support of my time, materials and give-away books some are not able to afford. Just because someone is not able to afford to receive my book, my testimony, how can I possibly withhold it from them if it could help someone who’s caught in addiction or it is a family member or friend. Also, I spend countless hours on the phone, sharing and offering counseling, prayer and encouragement and I’m not employed. This is what I believe the Lord has called me to do, so, I’m going out on a limb here and believe in faith perhaps those of you who visit my site and are aware of what it takes to keep it maintained will help me.
My expenses are minimal and I am considering becoming incorporated, but that’s down the road apiece, but if you would like, may I suggest a monthly gift, of $5.00. An After Thought
If you review pornographic sites you will learn people spend $15 to $40 monthly for addictive trash. I don’t think they’d stop because it is too lucrative a business and it’s unfortunate that men and women’s lives are destroyed, never mind families and children affected due to this evil business. Now, I’m wondering if I can get support from you to go up against these purveyors of filth and addictive substances.
I don’t know, should I list contributors by first name, city and state to show the support something good like this site can do to battle the onslaught of this foolishness. It’s a known fact, God will win, with us or without us. I’m just determined He can count on me. After all, He saved me and in my own small way, this effort of mine is just to say, “Thank You, God for saving not only my life from addiction but also for eternity. Now, send me to work for others who want to be rid of this mess, too.”
